At Devson Doors, Core Veneer forms the backbone of our premium flush doors, blockboards, and plywood products. Manufactured from selected hardwood species like Eucalyptus, Acacia, Rubber, and Styrax, our veneers provide strength, durability, and stability to every engineered wood product. With excellent nail and screw-holding capacity, termite resistance, and superior bonding, Devson Core Veneer ensures long-lasting performance and reliability.

• Thickness: 1.7mm – 2mm
• Grades: A, B, C (suited for high-end to standard plywood)

• Moisture Content: Air-dried ≤ 20% | Forced-dried ≤ 14%

Moisture control is a key challenge as high moisture weakens bonding, which Devson addresses through kiln seasoning and strict moisture control (≤ 14% forced-dry) to ensure consistent strength. Quality variation in veneers can affect performance, but our grade-based selection (A, B, C) ensures suitability for applications ranging from premium to budget-friendly. Sustainability is another major concern, and Devson overcomes this by using fast-growing hardwoods like Acacia and Eucalyptus, ensuring eco-friendly production and long-term wood availability.
